Originally from Connecticut, Jim moved to New York City in pursuit of his passion for real estate. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University in 2015. Jim is the Director of Operations for Phillip adding value to all transactions.
One of Jim’s favorite quotes is “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind. Always.” Jim has applied that mentality to all the relationships he has created throughout his life and now uses it as motivation to help get the team's clients through the finish line of their real estate journey. Jim believes that with the right combination of empathy and diligence, every part of the real estate transaction can be done in a way that will give our clients a sense of direction and ease of mind.
In Jim’s free time, you can find him out and about in the city with friends and family or at a local electronic music concert.
